Step 1: Install Real Estate Flyer Builder (RFB) & GraphicsMagick

If you have not already, install BOTH programs below.

Step 2: Select ‘Loan Officer Login & Settings’

Step 3: Login Using Publish Password

Step 4: Setup Loans, Rates, Agents & Settings

Step 5: Publish to Save

When the RFB program is opened, by one of your real estate agents, the published data is automatically uploaded into their program.

Edit loans:

Real Estate Flyer Builder comes with a number of sample loans.  These loans can be copied, moved or changed to meet your needs.

1. Open Real Estate Flyer Builder program

2. Select “Loan Officer Login & Publish” link

3. Enter your publish password and select “Login” button

4. Select “Loans View/Edit” button

5. Modify the existing loans or enter loans of your choice

6. Note: If you do not “Publish Data” before closing the program all changes will be lost

Add real estate agents:

1. Open Real Estate Flyer Builder program

2. Select “Loan Officer Login & Publish” link

3. Enter your publish password and select “Login” button

4. Select “Agents Add/Edit” button then select the “Add Agent” button

5. Complete the form and assign the agent a user name and password so they can download and use the program

6. Note: If you do not “Publish Data” before closing the program all changes will be lost

Add loan officer’s logo & picture to flyers:

1. Open Real Estate Flyer Builder program

2. Select “Loan Officer Login & Publish” link

3. Enter your publish password and select “Login” button

4. Select the “Loan Officers Picture” tab to enter picture

5. Note: If you do not “Publish Data” before closing the program all changes will be lost

Build a flyer for a real estate agent:

1. Open Real Estate Flyer Builder program

2. Select “Loan Officer Login & Publish” link

3. Enter your publish password and select “Login” button

4. Select one of the 3 options under “Loan Officer Login– Flyer Options” (see picture above)

5. Select “Finished” button to close form– program will login as that agent

General overview of loan officer setup.  Video includes instructions on setting up loans, rates, agents and building a listing flyer for a  real estate agent.

Use the rates & loans from a secondary RFB account:

Example: A mortgage company has several loan officers- each with an individual RFB account.  The office manager would like all loan officers to use the rates and loans from his account.  Each loan officer will need to setup there individual RFB account to use the manager’s rates and loans.

1. Open Real Estate Flyer Builder program

2. Select “Loan Officer Login & Publish” link

3. Enter your publish password and select “Login” button

4. Select “Rates & Loans Source” link

5. Select “Option 2” then enter the office mangers RFB account number and select “Finished”

6. Select “Publish Data” to save the changes.

7. The next time the program is opened, the office manager’s rates and loans will be loaded.

 

Note: Settings and real estate agent  information will come from the loan officer’s account.  Only the rates and loans will come from the office manager’s account.  Each loan officer will still have the ability to override the manager’s rates and loans when making flyers.  The manager’s rates and loans will be reloaded each time the program is opened or rates are updated.

download now  Installs GraphicsMagick. By default Real Estate Flyer Builder will output flyers in JPEG or PNG picture formats.  GraphicsMagick will allow flyers to be saved as a PDF file.

NOTE: Restart your computer after installing GraphicsMagick

Real Estate Flyer Builder

1. Install both programs above.

2. Real Estate Flyer Builder is not a webpage, it is a program that runs on your computer. To open Real Estate Flyer Builder, select the program icon located on  the computer’s desktop or start menu.

3. The first time you open Real Estate Flyer Builder, you will be asked to enable macros.  Select to always trust macros from Real Estate Flyer Builder then enable macros.

4. On the activation page, enter the your activation number. 

Real Estate Flyer Builder is a Microsoft Excel based program.  It will only run on computers that have Microsoft Excel XP (2002) or later installed.
