Step 1: Download, install and activate Real Estate Flyer Builder (RFB) |

Step 3: Open program and select “Loan Officer Login” button |

When the RFB program is opened, by one of your real estate agents, the published data is automatically uploaded into their program. |

Edit loans: Real Estate Flyer Builder comes with a number of sample loans. These loans can be copied, moved or changed to meet your needs. 1. Open Real Estate Flyer Builder program 2. Select “Loan Officer Login & Publish” link 3. Enter your publish password and select “Login” button 4. Select “Loans View/Edit” button 5. Modify the existing loans or enter loans of your choice 6. Note: If you do not “Publish Data” before closing the program all changes will be lost
Add real estate agents: 1. Open Real Estate Flyer Builder program 2. Select “Loan Officer Login & Publish” link 3. Enter your publish password and select “Login” button 4. Select “Agents Add/Edit” button then select the “Add Agent” button 5. Complete the form and assign the agent a user name and password so they can download and use the program 6. Note: If you do not “Publish Data” before closing the program all changes will be lost
Add loan officer’s license number, picture & logo: 1. Open Real Estate Flyer Builder program 2. Select “Loan Officer Login & Publish” link 3. Enter your publish password and select “Login” button 4. Select the “License Number, Logo & Picture” link under “Settings” 5. Note: If you do not “Publish Data” before closing the program all changes will be lost
Buyers closing funds: The buyer’s closing can be modified using the following settings: 1. Points (found on the “Rates View/Edit” form) 2. Fixed costs for each loan (found on the “Loans View/Edit” form) 3. Prepaid costs, escrows, attorney fees, title insurance (found on the “Loan Settings” form)
Build a flyer for a real estate agent: 1. Open Real Estate Flyer Builder program 2. Select “Loan Officer Login & Publish” link 3. Enter your publish password and select “Login” button 4. Select one of the 3 options under “Loan Officer Login– Flyer Options” (see picture above) 5. Select “Finished” button to close form– program will login as that agent
Use the rates & loans from a secondary RFB account: Example: A mortgage company has several loan officers- each with an individual RFB account. The office manager would like all loan officers to use the rates and loans from his account. Each loan officer will need to setup there individual RFB account to use the manager’s rates and loans. 1. Open Real Estate Flyer Builder program 2. Select “Loan Officer Login & Publish” link 3. Enter your publish password and select “Login” button 4. Select “Rates & Loans Source” link 5. Select “Option 2” then enter the office managers RFB account number and select “Finished” 6. Select “Publish Data” to save the changes. 7. The next time the program is opened, the office manager’s rates and loans will be loaded.
Note: Settings and real estate agent information will come from the loan officer’s account. Only the rates and loans will come from the office manager’s account. Each loan officer will still have the ability to override the manager’s rates and loans when making flyers. The manager’s rates and loans will be reloaded each time the program is opened or rates are updated. |
