The loan grid will resize to fit the number of loans selected. Flyers can display up to 10 loans.  The program can calculate all types of mortgages, including FHA 203K rehab loans.

Select the loan information to be displayed on grid: Total payment, P&I payment, closing funds, loan size, etc...

Loan officer’s disclosure statement is located on the bottom of all flyers. The disclosure can be increased in size up to 200%. The flyer will adjust to fit any size of  disclosure  An ARM disclosure is automatically added for each ARM loan displayed on the flyer.

Display up to 12 house pictures.  All pictures are cropped and resized to fit perfectly

Agent’s picture & logo size can be increased or decreased.  The flyer will adjust to the size change

Flyer text boxes can be turned off/on, resized, transparency 0% - 100%, etc ...

Flyer fonts, lines and borders are customizable

Any picture or printable document can be used as the flyers background image.

A custom banner can be added to the top or left side of all flyers.

Loan officer’s and real estate agent’s license numbers are displayed with contact information.
