Real Estate Flyer Builder is a Microsoft Excel based program.  It will only run on computers that have Microsoft Excel XP (2002) or later installed.

The cost to sponsor a real estate agent is $2.50 per month or $30 per year.

If your income on that loan was $1,500, the profit would be $1,200 or 500% return on the $300.

If  you sponsor a real estate agent and they only send you one deal in 10 years your total cost would be $300.

Even at 1 loan every 10 years, Real Estate Flyer Builder generates a profit.  The goal is to sponsor real estate agents that refer several deals a year- not one every 10 years.
