Real Estate Agents: RFB is a service provided to real estate agents by a loan officer.  The loan officer provides the loans, rates and realtor’s subscription.  Contact a loan officer for sponsorship.

Office Account- multiple loan officers:

Option 1.  Loan officers can share one account.  Each RFB account can accommodate up to 30 loan officers and 300 real estate agents.  One loan officer can be added to the account for every 10 real estate agents being sponsored.  One individual in the office would manage the account.  Real estate agents will be prompted to select the loan officer that provided them with Real Estate Flyer Builder.  $25/month per loan officer

Option 2.  Each loan officer would have a separate account.  Loan officers have the option of maintaining their rates and loans or using the rates and loans from another account.  Loan officers could customize the program to fit their clients.  Each account could be paid for by the individual loan officer or by the office. $28/month per loan officer

Option 3.  The best solution may be a combination of Option 1 and Option 2.  Some loan officers in the office may prefer the flexibility of  Option 2 while others the low maintenance of Option 1.

Corporate Account– discounted pricing:

• Banks, mortgage companies, wholesale lenders, etc... can offer Real Estate Flyer Builder to loan officers at a discounted rate

• Company or individual loan officers can be billed

• Custom setup options available- insert logos, disclosure statements etc…

• Custom company marketing flyers and newsletters can be  imported into Real Estate Flyer Builder

• Ability to manage rates and loans from one location

• No setup fee for most standard corporate accounts

All new accounts receive a 20 day free trial.  On day 21 your card will be charged the activation fee and monthly fee.  If the subscription is canceled within the trial period, you will not be charged.

Real Estate Flyer Builder is a Microsoft Excel based program.  It will only run on computers that have Microsoft Excel XP (2002) or later installed.
