System Requirements:

Real Estate Flyer Builder will run on any Windows computer that has Microsoft Excel installed.

 

Download and Install Software:

1. Download file- If asked to “Open” or “Save” file, select “Save”

2. Select to Open zip file after download is complete

3. If zip file opens in folder view- Copy or drag the “Real Estate Flyer Builder” folder, from the zip file, to your computer’s desktop.  If zip file opens in a 3rd party zip program- unzip to desktop

4. Run the “Create Desktop Shortcut” file located in the “Real Estate Flyer Builder” folder on desktop— program shortcuts below will be added to your desktop and start menu.  If you receive a Windows Security Warning, select to “Run” the program

Zip File Tips:

• Move program to another computer: All program files are contained within one folder.  Copy the “Real Estate Flyer Builder” folder, on your desktop, to another computer’s desktop using a USB thumb drive then redo step 4 above to reset the program shortcuts.

• Move program files: If the “Real Estate Flyer Builder” folder is moved to another location, redo step 4 above to reset the program shortcuts.

• Run from USB thumb drive: Copy the “Real Estate Flyer Builder” folder to the thumb drive then redo step 4 above to reset shortcuts.   To run software, insert thumb drive in computer, open  “Real Estate Flyer Builder” folder then click on program icon.

• Uninstall software: Delete the “Real Estate Flyer Builder” folder on your desktop then delete the shortcuts on the desktop and start menu.

 

If you have computer administrative rights,  the program can also be installed using the install file.

Run the Software:

Real Estate Flyer Builder is not a webpage, it is a program that runs on your computer. To open Real Estate Flyer Builder, select the program icon located in the “Real Estate Flyer Builder” folder, on  the computer’s desktop or on the start menu.
