Use a Corporate Account to promote your business, website or service:

• Banks, mortgage companies, wholesale lenders, wholesale sales rep, mortgage web sites, etc... can offer Real Estate Flyer Builder ^tm to loan officers at a discounted rate- Loan officer’s discount is based on type and size of your company

• Loan officers register using your ‘Corporate Discount Code’ and receive a discount

• Each time the loan officer logs in to Real Estate Flyer Builder, a webpage of your choice will be displayed.  This webpage can be used to promote your product or service.  The page can display pictures, video, links, ads, etc…  (see screenshot below)

• Banks, mortgage companies and wholesale lenders have the option to provide rates and loans to loan officers that are using their corporate account

• Banks and mortgage companies can select the logo and disclosure that will appear on all flyers printed by their loan officers.  The logo and disclosure can be locked to prevent the loan officer from making changes.  If  you company’s logo or disclosure change, the change will be instantly made for corporate account users.

• Rates and loans can be provided by the corporate account or the individual loan officer.  Rates can be set to automatically adjust based on a market index yield, national average mortgage rates or loan size.

• Corporate account or individual loan officers can be billed

• Custom company marketing flyers and newsletters can be  imported into Real Estate Flyer Builder ^tm View Custom Flyer Instructions

• FREE standard corporate accounts– optional features may require a setup fee and/or a monthly fee

Request a Corporate Account:

Send an email to help@RealEstateFlyerBuilder.com requesting a corporate account. 

The email should include the following:

1. Name of your company

2. Contact name, phone number and email

3. If you would like a web page to be displayed , provide the URL for the page

4. If you would like your contact information displayed (see sample above), include a Word or Publisher document showing the desired layout and the information you would like included.

5. If you are a mortgage company and would like your logo and disclosure to be automatically inserted, include the logo and disclosure.  Logo and disclosure will appear on all flyers generated by loan officers using your corporate account
